Practical workshops:

DOING BUSINESS IN ASIAN COUNTRIES - HOW TO BE SUCCESSFUL?

Part I: Azerbaijan / India / Kazakhstan / Uzbekistan
October 11, 2024, 09.00-15.00
The growing economic and political importance of Asian countries makes increasing involvement in this region important from the point of view of Polish companies.

Particularly important challenges in cooperation concern economic issues, strongly related to energy, climate, environmental and transport cooperation.

The countries of Central Asia and the Caucasus are becoming one of the competitive sources of raw materials and an alternative transport and communication route (initiatives around the Middle Corridor). It translates into an increase in the region's trade and investment attractiveness.

India is the fastest growing large economy offering a huge consumer market and investment destination from Poland. Economic and trade cooperation covers key sectors such as high technology, agriculture, energy, infrastructure, smart cities, health, pharmaceuticals and mining.

During the workshop our experts will give advice on following questions
  • what are the practical aspects of entering Asian markets
  • what are the optimal forms of doing business in selected Asian countries
  • how to safely finance trade and expansion and secure financial risks in in the region
  • how to take advantage of banking solutions and support for international operations
  • what are the benefits of investing in joint projects with Asian partners
  • how to avoid the most common mistakes in the intercultural European-Asian environment
